Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Using the portal

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or others' rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload Metaloot except as permitted by law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use Metaloot to harass, spam, or distribute unlawful content.

Games and creator content

Metaloot hosts and links to browser games operated by creators. You retain ownership of content you publish, and you grant Metaloot a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the portal. You represent that you have the rights needed to publish your games and media.

Games may run on third-party infrastructure. Metaloot does not guarantee availability, performance, or safety of external game code. Creators are responsible for their games' behavior, updates, and compliance with applicable laws.

Developer tools and OAuth

If you register a developer application or use Metaloot OAuth, you must follow our documentation, protect client secrets, and use player data only for stated purposes with appropriate consent. We may revoke access for misuse or security risk.

Intellectual property

Metaloot's branding, site design, and platform software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or platform code except as needed to use the service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Metaloot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Metaloot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes and contact
